The successful candidate will:
Inspire and challenge students in Biology ( KS5 only).
Be a highly effective classroom practitioner, recognising the importance of high-quality teaching and learning
Drive excellence by enabling students of all abilities to make progress and achieve results in line with or exceeding their potential
Collaborate effectively within a supportive, motivated and forward-thinking team of subject specialists.
Bring innovation and creativity to teaching strategies, ensuring lessons are engaging, contemporary and intellectually rigorous.
Demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence, building strong professional relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
Be a subject specialist, ensuring subject knowledge is excellent in order to inspire students and facilitate learning.
Commit to the ethos and vision of the school, including a proactive participation in the wider school community and co-curricular programme.
