About the Role
We are looking for an outstanding, enthusiastic and passionate Teacher of Biology, who is keen to continuously improve the classroom experience of our students. Your key responsibilities will include:
Teaching allocated students by planning teaching to achieve progression of learning in accordance with RSFC policies.
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students are supported to succeed
Using data to monitor student progress and implement strategies to support achievement
Participating in departmental planning, assessment, and curriculum development
Monitoring and intervening when teaching to ensure effective learning and maintaining a safe environment in which students feel confident
Engaging in the college’s extensive enrichment programme and wider college life
Contributing to the sharing of best practice and continuous improvement within the Biology faculty
