Our School
Rugby School Dubai (RSD) will open its doors in August 2026. It will be the next chapter of Rugby School’s legacy, where British heritage meets the UAE’s forward ambition. Rugby School Dubai is seeking an exceptional Teacher of Art to teach Art from Year 7 to Year 13 across what will be one of Dubai’s most successful faculties. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and passionate teacher who is eager to contribute to a thriving department and inspire students through high-quality teaching and learning. The successful candidate will be suitably experienced and qualified, with the ability to deliver engaging lessons, support students’ artistic development, and contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
The successful candidate will:
Hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification, likely to be from a British university.
Have a minimum of two years teaching experience in a British curriculum school
Hold a PGCE or relevant teaching qualification
Place students at the forefront of their teaching
Be enthusiastic about professional development
Willing to immerse themselves into school life, contributing to our pastoral system and co-curricular provision
