Founded in 1923, Belhaven was originally a boys' boarding school before welcoming day pupils, becoming fully co-educational in 1995, and adding a Pre-Prep in 2022. Today, we are a thriving independent co-educational boarding and day school for around 160 pupils aged 4 to 13, situated in a beautiful country house within a stunning 20-acre campus on the East Lothian coastline, just half an hour south-east of Edinburgh.
