Salary: Main Scale 1 (£32,916) to Upper Pay Scale 3 (£51,048)

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, optimistic and talented practitioner to join our successful Acting team. Results are excellent with at least 96% of KS4 students achieving the top grades (Dist/Dist*) on the BTEC Level 2 Tech Award last year. Similarly, 82% of students in Year 13 achieved at least Distinction, Distinction, Distinction (or higher) for their BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Performing Arts (Acting). The department is experienced and supportive of teachers and students alike. We are ambitious for our students and work collaboratively to ensure all learners are passionate about the subject and achieve well. The Acting Department benefits from dedicated teaching studios and a spacious work area for staff, as well as the use of BOA Theatre and external venues for annual productions.
Key Stage 4 students are entered for the BTEC Level 2 TECH Award in Performing Arts (Acting). Post-16 students in Year 12 and Year 13 follow the BTEC Level
