About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their teaching career or looking to develop their skills within a supportive school community. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in Resistant Materials as part of the Key Stage 3 and 4 curriculum, inspiring students to explore creativity, problem-solving, and practical skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong interest or background in Design and Technology with a focus on Resistant Materials (Any food technology experience is also desirable).
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage young learners.
- Organisational skills to plan effective lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
- Willingness to work collaboratively within the department and wider school community.
- Basic IT proficiency relevant to lesson planning and delivery.
