Swimming Teacher – Enrich ME (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain & Oman)

This role combines the delivery of curriculum swimming within the PE programme with academy swimming provision for both school and wider community participants. The postholder will teach swimming to pupils aged 3–18 as part of the school curriculum, while also leading high-quality academy sessions for students, as well as children and adults from the wider community. Reporting to the Swimming Leader, this role is suited to a confident and experienced instructor who can balance structured school delivery with commercially driven academy sessions. You will play a key role in delivering a strong and consistent swimming programme, supporting participation, progression, and revenue growth. The position may be based across multiple locations, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Oman, depending on operational requirements.
