Reporting to the Head of Curriculum Swimming, we are seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Swimming Teacher to work across our family of schools in Dubai, UAE, supporting children aged 4 to 16 years. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative professional with strong teaching and coaching expertise, and a solid understanding of swim programmes, to join a growing aquatics team delivering ‘An inspiring world of education’ to every student. The successful candidate will inspire young learners and foster a positive, engaging environment where every child can thrive. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare and deliver swimming lessons Explain and demonstrate swim techniques, correcting faults in technique where necessary, identifying ways to improve performance Integration of Swim England programme rewards schemes built into lessons Ensure safety standards are followed, undertaking risk assessments, where necessary Maintain records on attendance, performance and progress, evaluating sessions and providing feedback to key stakeholders Supervision of the Swimming Assistants and Lifeguards on duty.
