Swimming Coach

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, positive, and engaging part-time Swimming Coach to join us from September 2026. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality swimming provision for pupils from Reception to Year 6, fostering confidence, skill development, and a lifelong enjoyment of swimming. The role will also support the senior school programme, contribute to squad development, and assist with a small number of competitions and galas. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and well-organised, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards both in and out of the pool. You will have a genuine passion for developing young people through sport, using swimming as a platform to inspire confidence, skill, and personal growth. The role requires someone who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a supportive and dynamic coaching environment. This is a part-time, term-time position of 18 hours per week, during term time only (34 weeks). The salary is £14,013 per annum, inclusive of holiday pay.
