About this role
As a Swimming Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils to access safe, engaging and therapeutic swimming and hydrotherapy sessions. Working under the direction of the Swimming Instructor, teachers and therapists, you will help deliver structured aquatic activities that promote physical development, communication, sensory regulation and wellbeing.You will be required to work in the water, supporting pupils to enter, move and participate safely using appropriate flotation aids
