In this pivotal leadership role, you will hold total accountability for the non-educational elements of our school environment. By expertly managing our finances, resources, compliance, health & safety, catering, facilities, and HR, you will ensure our school runs seamlessly, allowing our educational leadership team to focus entirely on teaching and outstanding pupil outcomes.
Working in close collaboration with the Principal and the multi-academy Trust, you will lead a dedicated facilities and administrative team to maintain an immaculate, safe, and financially sustainable learning environment.

Proven experience in school business management or a similar operational leadership role.
