In this role, you will lead and coordinate support services for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring they receive tailored assistance that promotes their academic success and personal development. Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in SEND support or related educational roles. - Strong understanding of SEND legislation, policies, and best practices within the UK education system. - Leadership skills and ability to manage team effectively. - Excellent communication skills for liaising with students, parents, staff, and external agencies. - Ability to develop individualised support plans that meet diverse student needs. - Competent in using relevant educational software and tools for monitoring progress. -Understanding around target setting and the annual review process.
