Qualifications :
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Media, or equivalent (preferred)
Experience working in an art studio, workshop, or educational setting is a plus
Basic technical experience of art tools, materials, and/or media equipment
Strong organizational and problem-solving mind set
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students, as well as good collegiality
Awareness of health and safety practices in studio environments for school
Native level of English and Thai

Job Description :
Overall Duties and Responsibilities
To prepare and maintain an updated inventory of the art studio’s materials and equipment, as well as for the other classes in the department.
To do paperwork for the acquisition of materials and equipment for the department.
To keep and maintain equipment in a proper condition.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Management
Prepare/set up classrooms and studios (materials, tools, equipment)
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety protocol
Manage storage for student work and materials
Technical Support
Assist with setup and maintenance of equipment
Troubleshoot technical issues during class activities
Inventory and Procurement
Track and order inventory of art supplies and equipment
Keeping record of ordering materials within department budget
Writing proposals for purchases
Student Support and Subbing
Provide assistance to students during practical sessions under teacher supervision
Supervise proper use of tools and safety procedures
Provide basic technical guidance during studio time
Subbing of all classes in the department and school, if required
Good pedagogical understanding
