To be accountable for pastoral
interventions and learning of any student who is directed to Behaviour Refocus, i.e. internally suspended.
To manage Behaviour Refocus so that:Students receive bespoke pastoral interventions which address the underlying reasons for their behaviour.Students are supported to reflect on their own behaviour in a systematic and effective way.A calm environment encourages and supports good behaviour.Students are effectively engaged and understand the purpose of their w
