About this role
Help us find the students who will shape the future;
UWC Atlantic is one of the world’s most distinctive schools. Based in St Donat’s Castle on the Welsh coast, we bring together young people from across the world to live, learn and lead in a deliberately diverse community
As part of the United World Colleges movement, our mission is bold: to make education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future.
We are now looking for two Student Recruitment Managers to help us tell that story, build powerful relationships across the world, and inspire more mission-aligned students and families to choose UWC Atlantic.
This is not a conventional admissions role. You will be part storyteller, part relationship-builder, part market specialist and part ambassador for an education that asks young people to think deeply, act courageously and contribute to something bigger than themselves.
Your success in growing fee-paying admissions is the engine that strengthens our wider mission, directly enabling our commitment to diversity, access, and life-changing scholarships. Your focus will be on recruiting missionaligned students and families whose investment makes the global UWC movement possible. From the first conversation to enrolment, you will guide families with warmth, clarity and integrity, helping them understand not just what UWC Atlantic offers, but what it asks of students too.
We are holidng an information session about the role on Wednesday 10 June, 5:30pm.
