Student Engagement Coach

Salary: £27,733 p.a pro rata. Full-time (37 hours per week). Term time. Permanent. Based at Welsh Bridge and English Bridge campuses. The sense of community and belonging amongst our students is something that is really important to us at Shrewsbury College. This role, primarily based at English and Welsh Bridge Campuses, is part of our Enrichment team to continue to make our students’ experience with us truly exceptional. Shrewsbury College is Shropshire’s largest college and a designated sixth form offering sixth form college terms and conditions. 2100 A-Level students are taught at our Welsh and English Bridge Campuses in the centre of Shrewsbury with our London Road Campus offering a broad range of vocational and higher-level courses to 2400 16-18 year olds, 4000 adult students, 300 HE students and 900 apprentices. The college achieves excellent student outcomes and enjoys outstanding financial health. The college was inspected in March 2025 and judged to be ‘Outstanding’.
