Student & Families Support Worker

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our pastoral team, in a new and exciting role. The role covers the hours of 8:00am-3:40pm, term time only. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our excellent team to continue our drive to support effective support to students and their families. This role will focus on developing good working relationships with students and families to encourage a culture of high attendance, enhancing a sense of belonging and reduce the impact on education which adverse family events can cause. This excellent opportunity for the successful candidate will allow them to work closely with our teams who are focussed on building relationships, student welfare and high levels of student attendance.
