About this role
Shrewsbury School is looking for a Sports Coach - Goalkeeper to join us on a casual basis.
You will plan, prepare and deliver high-quality goalkeeper training sessions for players aged 14-18 of all skill levels. Your sessions will align with the school’s football program and philosophy, while enhancing students’ tactical understanding and the significance of the position within a team.
We are looking for candidates who hold a UEFA B Goalkeeping Licence and have a first aid qualification (although we can provide this with in-house training). Ideally, you will have experience of working with young people and be passionate about sport with the ability to hold engaging coaching sessions.
Shrewsbury School has its owns sports pay scale. Rates of pay are dependent upon your qualifications and experience which will be discussed at interview. In addition to this, you can have use of the school sports and library facilities, as well as lunch in Kingsland House when coaching.
