Sports Coach

Salary: £ 30,444 p.a pro rata. Part-time (28 hours per week). Term time. Permanent. Based at London Road campus. At Shrewsbury College, we understand the importance of health and fitness for our students and our sports offer is part of a broad enrichment programme. As Sports Coach, you will work across our three campuses supporting our Sports Academies, Sports Enrichment and Pro Direct Football Academy. As an experience Level 2 FA Football coach, you will also have the opportunity to bring other sports disciplines to this role. Interviews will take place on Tuesday 18 August Shrewsbury College is Shropshire’s largest college and a designated sixth form offering sixth form college terms and conditions. 2100 A-Level students are taught at our Welsh and English Bridge Campuses in the centre of Shrewsbury with our London Road Campus offering a broad range of vocational and higher-level courses to 2400 16-18 year olds, 4000 adult students, 300 HE students and 900 apprentices. The college achieves excellent student outcomes and enjoys outstanding financial health. The college was inspected in March 2025 and judged to be ‘Outstanding’.
