Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday–Friday
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only

What you will be doing
As our Sports Coach, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality PE, sport and physical activity across the school. You will:
Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive and safe sports sessions for individuals, small groups and whole classes.
Support teachers and tutors to ensure all pupils can access physical activity confidently and independently.
Use sport to build positive, restorative relationships with pupils, including those with autism, SEMH needs and other additional needs.
Promote teamwork, resilience, communication and self-esteem through structured physical activity.
Create a safe, stimulating and respectful environment rooted in mutual trust.
Adapt activities to meet the strengths, needs and interests of all pupils.
Support school sports events, clubs, competitions and enrichment activities.
Maintain equipment, resources and activity spaces to a high standard.
Provide feedback on pupil engagement, behaviour and progress.
