Sports Assistants

Ashville Sports Centre, Harrogate, is looking to appoint Sports Assistants to join the busy Sports Centre Team. The Sports Assistants will provide all visitors to the Sports Centre with a friendly and positive experience, through delivering effective customer service and maintaining safe and efficient facilities through supervision and high standards of housekeeping. They will also perform lifeguarding duties as part of the role. The successful candidates will have NPLQ and First aid qualifications. Experience of working in the leisure industry, working as part of a team and being able to deal with emergency situations are essential for this role. The roles are offered with various shifts, particularly looking for early morning and weekend availability. The salary for this role is £10.60 per hour for under 21’s and £12.21 per hour for 21 and over.
