About the role In this role, you’ll provide Speech and Language Therapy to Chelsea Hall students. You’ll deliver therapy and education programmes based on pupils’ individual needs, including the preparation, delivery, and evaluation of support programmes; and the delivery and assessment of pupil interventions in and outside of school. In collaboration with caregivers and teaching staff, you’ll provide speech and language targets for integration into the curriculum as part of each student’s IEP. You’ll also deliver regular assessments and progress reports, and participate in appraisals and clinical and management supervision as and when required. In addition to your responsibilities as a therapist, you’ll contribute to and support all aspects of school life, helping with safeguarding both on the school premises and during school outings and other activities.
