About this role

The salary for these full-time, permanent Specialist Teacher for Inclusive Practice positions is Teachers' Pay Scale TMS/UPS: £34,398 - £52,490 per annum plus 1 SEN Point per annum (level dependent on relevant additional qualifications and experience). The planned start date is 1st January 2027 for these positions. The Surrey STIP (Specialist Teaching for Inclusive Practice) Team has opportunities to join our service as a centrally employed Specialist Teacher in one of four teams covering Surrey. North West and South West roles are based at Victoria Gate, Chobham Road, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6JDNorth East roles are based at Dakota, 11 De Havilland Drive. Weybridge, KT13 0YP South East roles are based at Woodhatch Place, 11 Cockshot Hill, Reigate, RH2 8EF It is an exciting time for our service with the defined Experts at Hand offer as part of the SEND reforms. We currently have several positions available. Much of our time is spent in schools, but we also come together regularly in person, and on some occasions, you may be required to travel to school and office bases that are in any of the Surrey quadrants. Outside of these requirements we support hybrid working both in the office and remote home working.
