Special Needs Teaching Assistant

Co-op Academy Delius is a high achieving, friendly academy for pupils from 2-11 years with a range of complex educational and medical needs, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team, where you'll play a pivotal role in our SEN educational provision. As a Specialist Teaching Assistant within our Enhanced Pathway Provision at Co-op Academy Delius, you will deliver bespoke, specialist education tailored to meet the evolving needs of SEN pupils, including those with complex requirements. You will develop and implement personalised learning to support each pupil’s unique needs and abilities. Use innovative teaching methods and resources to engage and inspire young learners. Collaborate with external agencies and our wider inclusion team to ensure holistic support for pupil’s development. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and growth.
