The Inclusion Room is a study space for SEND students who are not attending a full curriculum; this may be just for a couple of lessons a week or more frequent, depending upon need and circumstance. This space allows students time to catch up with core subjects and other work, using both online and written resources, and build their confidence. The successful candidate will support the learning and manage the behaviour of the students within the Learning Support Inclusion Room, ensuring high expectations are in place that mirror the rest of the school. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and committed to supporting those students who have additional needs. Experience is desirable but not essential; we are looking for someone who is patient and able to relate to students in a calm, supportive and positive manner.
