Special Education Needs Coordinator (SENCo) - August 2026

Repton Dubai is seeking an outstanding SENCo for an August 2026 start. Repton Dubai’s Inclusion Department celebrates every child's uniqueness with a dynamic team of Inclusion Specialists and Learning Support Assistants delivering targeted interventions. From Year 2 to Year 13, we offer personalised learning in both 1:1 and group settings, while actively engaging in Unified Schools programs like Unified Robotics and Football. Collaborating with experts in Speech and Language, Occupational Therapy, and Educational Psychology, we ensure every student gets the support they need to thrive. The Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) will work closely with the Head of Inclusion to lead on all aspects of inclusion at Repton Dubai. It is a Middle Leader role who will be well-qualified, enthusiastic and experienced to lead the established and highly regarded Learning Support Team. The role requires regular liaison with Form Tutors, Teachers, Heads of Departments and parents regarding student’s welfare and development.
