We are seeking an experienced and passionate Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join our team. This is a key leadership role within the school, with responsibility for shaping and delivering outstanding provision for pupils with a range of learning differences and additional needs. The successful candidate will: Lead the strategic development of SEN provision across the school. Identify, assess, and support pupils with a variety of learning needs, ensuring they are able to access the curriculum fully. Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and parents to create individualised support plans. Provide guidance, training, and resources to staff to strengthen inclusive teaching practices. Liaise with external agencies, specialists, and exam boards to secure the best outcomes for pupils. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEN support and interventions. About You The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in special educational needs is desirable. Level 7 qualification in psychometric testing and access arrangements (e.g., CPT3A or equivalent) is preferred. We
