Social Worker

Yas School is currently seeking to recruit a high-performing Social Worker to join our team in August 2026. At Yas School, we deliver the Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum and have a special focus on inclusive education, enrichment and preparing future ready learners. Founded in 2015, we are the largest single-campus K-12 government school educating 1750+ girls and boys on our extensive campus. As Social Worker you will provide support, counselling and guidance to students to promote wellbeing and academic success and address social-emotional problems and act as a point of contact for liaison between school and families and encourage collaboration regarding pastoral matters including student behaviour, social welfare, attendance and wellbeing. The successful candidate should: • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field. • Master Degree in Social Work is preferred • Proficiency in English (demonstrated by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or equivalent). • Proficiency in Arabic is a requirement. • 2+ years of experience working in social work.
