We are currently seeking a Sixth Form Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in administration within an educational setting.
Position: Sixth Form Administrator
Type: Full-time
Experience of working in an administration role, preferably in a school setting, using MS Office packages in particular, Word and Excel, working in a customer service role and liaising with students, parents/carers, staff and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities include supporting the smooth running of the Sixth Form office, assisting with student records, managing communications between staff and students, and helping organise events and activities related to the Sixth Form.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Basic IT skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to learn new tasks quickly
- Reliable and punctual
