We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Manager to become a vital part of our community and provide essential support that keeps our school running smoothly.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive Site Manager to lead our site team and play a vital role in the smooth running of our school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Premises & Facilities: Oversee the day-to-day care, maintenance, housekeeping, and security of the school site.
Health & Safety: Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, risk assessments, and relevant codes of practice.
Hands-on Maintenance: Carry out first-line repairs, general porterage, cleaning duties, and lettings supervision.
Site Security: Act as a primary keyholder for out-of-hours emergencies and alarm call-outs.
Team Leadership: Manage and deploy the site team effectively while demonstrating the ability to work independently without close supervision.
What We're Looking For:
You are the perfect fit for our team if you have:
Experience of caretaking and/or buildings maintenance and security.
Experience of Health & Safety procedures and codes of practice.
Experience of leading a team.
The ability to manage your own time effectively and demonstrate a flexible, proactive approach.
The ability to carry out first line repairs and maintenance.
