JOB PURPOSE
To be responsible for the security of the
premises and their contents, including being a registered key holder.To ensure that heating systems are in good
working condition and conducting other routine checks i.e checking of oil
levels.To undertake minor and major repairs i.e
changing of light fittings, electrical sockets, plumbing tasks, carpentry,
decorating and PAT testing.To assist general grounds maintenance duties in
