Site Care Assistant

William Morris Sixth Form, situated in Hammersmith, was established as the country’s first 16–19 comprehensive school. We offer 850 students from West London and beyond an exciting range of academic and vocational courses from foundation learning through to advanced level. WMSF is an over-subscribed, vibrant, inner-city learning community that has the individual student at the heart of everything it does. We are looking for a flexible, practical and enthusiastic Site Care Assistant with relevant experience to join our Facilities Team on a full-time, all-year-round basis. In this role, you will: Be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic site which is compliant with statutory health and safety obligations and safe for students, staff and visitors Monitor the standard and performance of premises contracts, in particular the cleaning services, monitoring these on a daily basis to ensure quality control and compliance Work as an integral member of the school’s support team, including occasional out-of-hours working for emergencies, special events, lettings, building projects, etc. In return, we aim to create a friendly, supportive and open culture in which staff can develop and thrive.
