Purpose
Sharing the vision of OxEd, to build partnerships with educationists and related health professionals in Local Authorities, Hubs, MATs, and Professional Organisations. Through these partnerships, establish a network of stakeholders to engage educators and support them in the delivery of evidence-based interventions for language and literacy and SEND support.
Organisation and Membership
The Senior Partnerships Manager (SPM) would be work with the Customer Engagement & Success team, and in collaboration with other colleagues in OxEd to build on its excellent reputation for research, professional education, customer engagement and support.
The SPM would be charged with establishing and leading a group of regional ‘champions’ in an Ambassador Network, primarily serving areas of social disadvantage. They would do this through supporting regional colleagues in increasing school engagement, encouraging the take-up of training, and supporting the implementation of assessments and interventions in school and early years’ settings particularly for children with SEND.
Duties of the Lead Ambassador
To keep abreast of educational policies in the four nations including the National Curriculum and SEND and, adhering to the vision of OxEd, ensure that its strategy and key objective align with current educational policies.
To establish collaborations with professionals in speech and language therapy, educational psychology and other ‘experts’ to collaborate to serve the needs of children with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN).
To present to policy makers at local and governmental levels, as required.
Feed through to OxEd’s marketing strategy and provide content for its communications.
Be responsible for running the Ambassador Network and for the recruitment of ambassadors, coordinate design and deliver support and leadership training to the network.
Ensure feedback from stakeholders at all levels is acted upon in a timely fashion.
Role of the Network
To w
