This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their career in IT support, within an educational setting. Previous experience in a senior IT support role is essential. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and supporting, our Federation’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of all technical systems. Qualifications - Degree in Computer Systems or equivalent - Microsoft Certification or equivalent work experience Skills & Knowledge (fuller details can be found in the Applicant Pack) -Excellent troubleshooting experience -Strong background supporting hardware and software in an educational or similar environment -Experience with Microsoft's Power Platform, specifically in the creation and maintenance of Power Automate flows and Canvas Apps that utilize SharePoint as a backend. -Mobile technology (tablets & smartphones using Android & IOS) -Networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Switches, DHCP & DNS) -Active Directory Management including Azure Active Directory -Significant experience working in IT support - Strong interest in information technology and problem-solving - Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting techniques - Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly Values and Attitude
