Senior HR Administrator

Arco Academy is a dynamic and growing specialist SEND school, encouraging KS 3 and 4 pupils to succeed academically through access to sport and support therapies. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-orientated Senior Human Resources Assistant to join our Administration team, supporting Senior Leaders and other members of staff on a part-time basis. As Senior HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in running the HR function within our school, helping to ensure a seamless experience for all staff. You will be involved in a variety of HR tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to managing HR Administration and Records, payroll and finance assistance, and supporting employees with the HR management platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for HR who wants to hone their skills in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an organised, proactive and value driven individual with a genuine interest in HR and education. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, both verbally and written, a quick learner, and able to handle confidential information with the highest integrity. You will have previously worked in a HR administration role and be degree qualified or working towards a Level 7 CIPD qualification. Salary at a mutually agreed rate, dependent on experience and qualifications, £170-250 per day.
