Senior Groundsperson

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Groundsperson to join our dedicated team at Bryanston School. Working closely with the Head Groundsperson, you'll play a key role in preparing high-quality sports surfaces, deputising when required, and collaborating with colleagues across Grounds, Operations and Sport to ensure our facilities are always match-ready. What you’ll be doing You will be responsible for the preparation, maintenance and enhancement of a diverse portfolio of high-quality sports facilities, including: Football, rugby and cricket pitches Synthetic hockey and netball surfaces Lawn tennis courts Track and field areas These facilities are used not only by our pupils but also by external clubs and community groups, offering a varied and busy sporting calendar.
