Are you passionate about ensuring a safe and inspiring environment for young people? Davenant Foundation School is seeking a proactive and dedicated Senior Estates and Facilities Caretaker to join our hard-working and forward-thinking team.
About the Role:
As Senior Estates and Facilities Caretaker, you will support the Estates and Facilities Manager in the management and maintenance of our school estate, overseeing the School Estate and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency. You will play a vital role in supporting our ethos and the smooth running of our thriving secondary school, set in a vibrant community with 1,200 pupils.
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a diplomatic and confidential approach.
Is highly organised, efficient, and able to motivate a team.
Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving and operational success.
Is committed to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.

Is able to manage changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
