Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage business curriculum operations, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.
Inspire and support a team of educators through effective line management, coaching, and development.
Drive curriculum innovation and quality improvement across a range of business programmes.
Oversee student progress, engagement, and achievement, ensuring a high-quality learner experience.
Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to deliver efficient and effective provision.
Collaborate with external partners, employers, and stakeholders to enhance curriculum relevance and employability outcomes.
Who You Are:
A degree or professional qualification in a relevant subject and a teaching qualification (or working towards one).
Proven experience in teaching and curriculum development within business education.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving performance.
Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
A commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.
