Salary: £31,650 - 51,048 per annum, plus TLR1c
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Type: Maternity cover

About you:
Qualified teacher committed to inclusive education
Holds or willing to complete the National Award for SEN Coordination
Experience supporting a range of SEND needs
Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills
Passionate about improving outcomes for all learners
The role:
Lead and develop SEND provision across the academy
Coordinate support and oversee interventions for students with SEND
Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and the SEN Code of Practice
Work closely with staff to embed inclusive teaching strategies
Liaise with families and external agencies
Manage EHCP processes and maintain accurate records
