Sheffield Springs Academy is seeking a dynamic and committed SENDCo to join our high performing SEND team. Over the past 18 months, we have significantly strengthened our provision, building a robust structure that enables earlier intervention, personalised support, and consistently high-quality classroom practice. As
part of this ongoing development, we are appointing a second SENDCo to work alongside our Assistant Principal for SEND and further enhance our capacity.
In this role, you will be fully supported by an established leadership framework, clear systems, and an experienced Assistant Principal who leads the SEND vision. The addition of a second SENCO enhances our capacity to deliver high quality provision, drive early intervention, and ensure personalised support reaches every learner who needs it.
You will also lead and inspire our passionate team of Specialist Learning Coaches and Learning Coaches, working collaboratively to strengthen inclusive practice cross the academy.
