The SEND team is a strong and supportive team which is focused on providing high quality curriculum support with high expectations for all our students with SEND. This post will appeal to experienced teachers as well as those who have already an experience working with children with SEND. We are committed to supporting with additional training and support for all our staff and this would include training around SEND such as the NASENCO award if required. This post is offered with a five point range between Leadership 6 and Leadership 14 to be agreed at interview.
