We are seeking a passionate and innovative SENDCO / Learning Support Teacher who believes deeply in inclusion and in creating learning journeys that enable every child to thrive. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a rapidly developing department within a fast-paced, ambitious school. We are looking for someone with the expertise, energy and organisational drive to lead high-quality provision, support teachers across the school, and ensure that every student receives the support, challenge and care they need to succeed.

We want to hear from teachers who:
Are passionate advocates for inclusion and personalised learning and preferably hold the National Professional Qualification for SENCOs
Have strong SEND knowledge and experience across a range of needs and age groups, as this is a whole school and across phase position.
Can lead and coordinate support provision in a fast-paced, growing school
Build learning journeys that stretch, support and empower all students
Work effectively with teachers, parents and external specialists
Use data, assessments and observation to drive targeted learning support
Are confident managing caseloads, documentation and provision mapping
Communicate with clarity, warmth and professionalism
Understand safeguarding as central to every aspect of student support
Are excited to help shape and grow a developing department within a thriving school
