Are you an excellent, passionate and ambitious practitioner with a strong commitment to inclusive education? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SENDCo to lead and develop our provision for students with special educational needs and disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner who is committed to ensuring that all students, regardless of need, are able to thrive, achieve and succeed.
The successful applicant will:
• Lead and manage the provision for students with SEND across the school
• Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and statutory responsibilities
• Work closely with staff, families and external agencies to support student progress and wellbeing
• Monitor, evaluate and develop high-quality teaching and interventions for students with SEND
• Provide training, coaching and guidance to staff to support inclusive classroom practice
• Contribute to whole-school priorities and the promotion of an inclusive ethos
