SEND Teacher – 150 West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP12 3AE Salary: £28,288 - £44,304 | Full Time (40 hours/week) Purpose of the Role To plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that meets the diverse needs of pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours. The Teacher will model professional integrity and the EPIC values, work collaboratively within the school community, and adhere strictly to the Staff Code of Conduct to promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment. At Unity College We offer a bespoke educational provision in a nurturing environment; we operate on two sites. The main site is in West Wycombe, and our satellite nurture base is in the outskirts of Aylesbury. Both school sites offer safe and caring spaces for students to express feeling, emotions and anxieties that can be barriers to learning. We also offer specialist vocational learning spaces, designated teaching rooms and outdoor learning opportunities.  In order to meet the diverse needs of the students at our satellite site we ensure an adequate staff to pupil ratio, with typically a class comprising of no more than 3 pupils across the whole site.
