We are seeking a dedicated SEMH Teacher for Key Stages 3 and 4 who can bridge the gap between academic progress and emotional resilience. Key Responsibilities - SEND Teacher: Curriculum Development and Implementation Design and implement a curriculum that promotes literacy, creativity, and academic progress for all students. Ensure the curriculum is well-planned, sequenced, and relevant to the needs of Impact North West Schools students. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, making adjustments as necessary to improve student outcomes. Knowledge across Functional Skills English & Maths and Kings Trust Teaching and Learning To consistently plan, prepare and deliver high quality, engaging interventions for all learners. To support students whilst learning to ensure barriers to learning are diminished. Monitor and assess student progress, using data to inform teaching strategies and interventions. To access, report and record all relevant data onto Arbor. Embed literacy
