Salary: £28,288 - £44,304 | Full Time (40 hours/week)
Purpose of the Role
To plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that meets the diverse needs of pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

The school uses a restorative approach to conflict which allows pupils to quickly reintegrate into their learning. Within newly introduced nurturing room, we have a variety of methodical approaches to help calm students down from Lego Therapy to our sensory sandpit.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, teach, and assess a range of subjects and learning to support students’ progression within English from Functional Skills to GCSE
· Work as part of the team to deliver lessons, support positive behaviour, and to make students feel safe so that they can learn and achieve
· Follow whole school systems to teaching and learning. We will support you with a full induction, we are a very supportive team
· Support and oversee the curriculum, helping to expand our curriculum documents as part of a team, data collection, and clearly communicate with all stakeholders
· Create engaging and safe learning environments
Requirements:
· A committed and passionate view of students with SEND
· At least two years’ experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision
· QTS/QTLS is a requirement
