SEND Teacher – Begdale School, Begdale Road, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, PE14 0AZ Salary: £28,288 - £44,304 | Full Time (40 hours/week) Purpose of the Role To plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that meets the diverse needs of pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours. The Teacher will model professional integrity and the EPIC values, work collaboratively within the school community, and adhere strictly to the Staff Code of Conduct to promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment. At Begdale School We are a small school which effectively supports children through their educational journey. Our pupils may have previously experienced significant and prolonged periods of disengagement and/or disaffection in their education. This may have impacted negatively upon their previous levels of achievement and motivation to succeed at school. We are committed to making sure that all pupils learn and are engaged in a meaningful and worthwhile education, which provides them with the means to enjoy achievement, success, and increased independence.
