About this role
We are seeking a supportive and empathetic individual to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) and social communication needs (e.g. ADHD, ASD, anxiety).
In this role, you will deliver targeted 1:1 and group interventions, helping pupils develop emotional regulation, resilience, communication skills, and positive relationships. You will play a key part in creating inclusive learning environments, removing barriers to learning, and supporting pupils to engage fully in school life.
