SEND Learning Support Assistant Salary Range B3 £ 26, 403 to £ 28, 142 Actual Salary £18, 413 to £19, 626 per annum 30 Hours Per Week - Term Time Only Plus 5 Days (8.30am-3pm Mon-Fri) Closing date: 8am on Monday 15th June 2026 Start date: September 2026 We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, dedicated and capable SEND Learning Support Assistant to aid the teaching and learning of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities across the Key Stages in a mainstream, high achieving secondary school. Applicants would ideally have experience of working in a school environment, should have a good working knowledge of SEND and a passion for supporting young people to be the best they can be. The ability to support GCSE maths, English and science would be an advantage. The successful candidate will join a team of supportive and professional staff who are intent on providing the best learning opportunities for all children and will work under the guidance of the classroom teacher/SENDCO to support the personal and academic development of students.
