As we continue to grow and develop our specialist provision, we are seeking an exceptional SENCo to join our dedicated team and play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our pupils. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate SEND professional to lead our inclusive practice, champion outstanding provision and work collaboratively with families, colleagues and external professionals to ensure every pupil receives the support they need to flourish. As SENCo, you will be a key member of our school community, driving strategic development while maintaining a hands-on role supporting pupils, staff and families. You'll work at the heart of a multidisciplinary team, helping to create a nurturing, ambitious and inclusive environment where young people can reach their full potential. You Will: Lead and develop the strategic direction of SEND provision across the school. Ensure high-quality support and effective provision for pupils with EHCPs and additional needs. Monitor pupil progress, analyse outcomes and coordinate interventions that help every learner succeed. Chair Annual Reviews, ePEPs and SEND meetings, ensuring statutory compliance and high-quality documentation. Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, Local Authorities and external agencies. Support, coach and train colleagues to deliver inclusive, high-quality teaching and learning. Maintain accurate SEND records and oversee assessment processes
